What is AMPT?
Motto:
People come first
Congratulations! You are a Personnel Manager.

Overview:

People are number one in the Personnel Manager's book. Of all the types, the Personnel Manager is the best at handling people because not only are you concerned and interested in others, but you are also able to make unbiased and logical decisions when these concerns could hamper others from seeing things clearly. Excellent communication and managerial skills are the paramount qualities of a Personnel Manager. The Personnel Manager is a decision maker and is tactful in everything that he or she does. The three aspects of your personality that are tested in AMPT: how you interact with your environment, how you handle information, and what motivates you, blend together to achieve the Personnel Manager outcome.

How you interact with your environment

As a Personnel Manager, you are always interested in what's happening in your environment. You are an open person and love to talk. You aren't afraid to share your opinions and you always say what's on your mind. When dealing with problems or new projects, you like action and initiative. In your relationships, you like meeting new people and can easily make friends and adapt to a new group. But if you find yourself with an unwanted relationship, you have no problem with separating yourself and breaking ties.

How You Handle Information

Personnel Managers handle information emotionally. You are deeply interested in other people, and more specifically, their feelings. Passion and love are of great importance in your life. You base your decisions on a proposition or in a situation ethically and whether the decision you make will be good or bad. Personnel Managers are always the ones to notice what a beautiful morning it is and dole out compliments to everyone they see. However, you can also sometimes be touchy and pass you mood onto others.

What Motivates You

Leave no question unanswered. That's one of the mottos of the Personnel Manager. You have a keen eye for details, and make sure that every detail is accounted for. The way you handle data and information plays a large role in your motivations. Personnel Managers tend to plan their work ahead of time and finish it on time and with the classic Personnel Manager attention to detail and quality. You have stable work habits and find it easy to follow the rules and stay disciplined. However good your work may be, you have a tendency to be stubborn in your decisions.
